Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to It’s Caroline’s Catering LLC. By placing an order, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings & Orders

• All catering bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, phone, or our booking form.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure all catering bookings.
• Final guest numbers and menu selections must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event.
• Any changes to bookings must be communicated promptly and are subject to availability and approval.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment must be received 14 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, etc.
• Late payments may incur a fee of 10% per day.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Cancellations made 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit or partial charges, depending on preparation costs already incurred.
• If the event is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

5. Food Handling & Liability

• We follow all required food safety standards and regulations.
• Once food is delivered and set up at your event, It’s Caroline’s Catering LLC is not responsible for food handling by guests or third parties.
• We are not liable for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from undisclosed dietary restrictions. Please inform us of all dietary requirements in advance.

6. Event Conditions

• The client is responsible for providing suitable access, power, and facilities for our staff.
• Any damages to our equipment during the event, caused by guests or third parties, may be charged to the client.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable.

7. Intellectual Property

All menus, images, branding, and written content on our website and promotional materials are the property of It’s Caroline’s Catering LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
